Meet Hannah
Cove Health was founded by Hannah Jones, MPAS, PA-C, a board-certified Physician Assistant with experience in urgent care, concierge medicine, in-home medical care, weight management, aesthetics, IV therapy, skincare, and wellness.
After years of caring for patients in both fast-paced urgent care settings and high-touch concierge medicine, Hannah created Cove Health to offer Houston families a more personal, convenient, and trusted way to receive care at home.
Hannah is passionate about improving access to thoughtful medical care, providing safe and effective treatments, and building a model that supports both patients and providers. She believes that when medical providers feel balanced, supported, and fully present in their own lives, they are better able to show up with clarity, compassion, and attention for the patients they serve.
